The Shenyang SHSCNC V4C CNC Vertical Lathe is a compact, high-performance machine designed for fast and accurate turning of small workpieces. Built on a rigid cast iron bed with optimized rib structure, it delivers excellent vibration damping and thermal stability. The spindle is driven by a 15/18.5 kW (continuous/30 min) motor, offering a wide speed range of 50-2500 rpm for efficient roughing and high-quality finishing.
Equipped with a servo horizontal 8-station tool post, the V4C provides fast indexing and rigid clamping for a variety of turning tools. The X-axis stroke (300mm) and Z-axis stroke (520mm) are well-suited for small to medium parts. High-speed rapids of 18 m/min on both axes significantly reduce cycle times. Precision ground ball screws and linear guides ensure high positioning accuracy and repeatability.
