What does the warranty cover?
Repair or replacement of parts damaged by covered quality defects. Misuse, improper operation and unauthorized modification are excluded. Configuration-specific agreements determine the applicable service arrangements and costs.
How is the machine accepted?
Pre-acceptance takes place at the manufacturer’s site against agreed checks and sample machining. Final acceptance follows installation and commissioning at the customer’s facility.
What should be prepared before installation?
Confirm the foundation, power supply, compressed air, access and environmental conditions in your machine’s technical agreement. Requirements differ by model and configuration.
Can a custom machine be returned?
Custom equipment is not eligible for non-quality-related returns under the manufacturer’s policy. For a quality issue preventing normal operation, contact the team to arrange an assessment and repair or replacement.

Send the model, serial number, part number if available and a clear photograph. Confirm compatibility with the team before ordering; similar-looking components can differ by configuration.
Can you assist with operator training?
The standard service policy includes support for operator training and remote installation and commissioning guidance. Agree the format, scope and any destination-specific arrangements in the order.
How do I arrange shipping and installation?
Provide the destination and site access details. Confirm the shipping terms, packaging, lifting route, utility requirements and installation responsibilities in the quotation and technical agreement.
