The Shenyang SHSCNC V-855 Vertical Machining Center is a high-rigidity, compact machine designed for precision machining of small to medium-sized molds, aerospace components, and automotive parts. Built on a robust cast iron bed with three-axis roller guideways (Z-axis hard guide), it delivers excellent vibration damping and cutting stability. The spindle is driven by a 7.5/11 kW (continuous/30 min) motor, with belt or direct coupling drive options providing speeds up to 8000/10000 rpm (12000 rpm optional). Spindle taper is BT-40 for versatile tooling.
The V-855 features a worktable of 1000×550mm with a 500kg load capacity. X/Y/Z travels are 800mm, 550mm, and 550mm respectively, with rapid traverse rates of 48 m/min on X/Y axes and 36/24 m/min on Z (configurable). Precision ground ball screws (φ40/φ40/φ40) and roller guideways (35/45/45) ensure high positioning accuracy of ±0.004mm and repeatability of ±0.003mm (JIS 6338).
