The Shenyang SHSCNC V-1270 Vertical Machining Center is a high-rigidity, heavy-duty machine designed for precision machining of medium-sized molds, aerospace components, and automotive parts. Built on a robust cast iron bed with three-axis roller guideways (Z-axis hard guide), it delivers excellent vibration damping and cutting stability. The spindle is driven by an 11/15 kW (continuous/30 min) motor, with belt or direct coupling drive options providing speeds up to 8000/10000 rpm (12000 rpm optional). Spindle taper is BT-40 for versatile tooling.
The V-1270 features a large worktable of 1200×600mm with a 1000kg load capacity.
