The Shenyang SHSCNC V6i CNC Vertical Lathe is a compact, high-performance machine designed for fast and precise turning of small-to-medium workpieces. Built on a rigid cast iron bed with optimized rib structure, it delivers excellent vibration damping and thermal stability. The spindle is driven by a 22/30 kW (continuous/30 min) motor, offering a wide speed range of 50-2000 rpm for high-efficiency roughing and finishing.
Equipped with a servo horizontal 8-station tool post, the V6i provides fast indexing and rigid clamping for a variety of turning tools. The X-axis stroke (340mm) and Z-axis stroke (740mm) allow machining of complex parts with ease. High-speed rapids of 20 m/min on both axes significantly reduce cycle times.
